Our first floor suite featuring an exclusive 40 m2 private terrace overlooking the sea will let you enjoy the sea breeze from dawn to dusk.
It consists of two areas, a kitchen, living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a bathroom with the possibility of adding a third bed.
It can comfortably accommodate couples, families with up to 2 children and single travellers.

Each accommodation includes beach service at the Florida beach establishment.
The beach station includes a beach umbrella and two sun loungers.

Florida Apartments was created inside the historic beach establishment, a brand new structure of 5 apartments with sea view and equipped with every comfort, eco-sustainable in energy class A and with maximum attention to the elimination of architectural barriers. The spaces, furnishings and quality finishes have been studied down to the smallest details to make your stay unforgettable. The amenities and services present are suitable for you to enjoy your 5-star seaside holiday, totally without worries.
All are characterized by a breathtaking sea view and a unique elegance will ensure that each accommodation has its own character.

Upon request, pets are accepted with a supplement of €30.
Weekly Rentals

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A deposit of €300 is required to be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card as a guarantee.

N.B.: The cleaning cost does not include cleaning of the kitchenette which remains the responsibility of the guest, if not done at check out the sum of €100 will be retained from the security deposit.
On request:
- change of bed linen and towels € 15 per person
- cot or camping bed € 30 per week
- high chair for children up to 3 years € 15 per week

Each bed will have a mattress cover and pillow covers in sanitized cotton and additional disposable cover.
